- PARTNERSHIP: That is what CHRIFACAF is all about! We believe that by working with partners and forming strategic alliances we can help more people in less time for less money, particularly women and children in distress conditions, . By collaboration, cooperation, resource sharing, talent, experience and expertise, we and our partners can do things none of us could do alone. Christian Fellowship and Care Foundation works in collaboration with others to accomplish its aims and objectives. CHRIFACAF desires partnerships with national and international non-governmental organizations, local and international government entities, business, the private sector, the media, individuals, churches and community-based organizations to carry out its mission.
PARTICIPATION: Allowing our activities and strategies to be shaped by the people and culture we serve. "groups and organizations in CHRIFACAF projects work together to achieve their self-defined vision and Objectives. An effective program encourages women, men and youths to share in leaderships, decision-making, ownership, and benefits.
- JUSTICE AND SERVICE TO THE POOR: CHRIFACAF programs serves people who are poor in materials term-those who have been social disadvantaged and traumatized by social and political circumstances. To be just and fair, at CHRIFACAF, those who are the neediest in the community should receive priority for assistance.
- SUSTAINABILITY: Sustainable development involves strategies that ensure long-term ecological, economic and social stability. However, as materials and financial support is for a limited time, therefore, communities and families must eventually support themselves through productive enterprises, viable social structures, and sustainable management of their natural resources.
- ACCOUNTABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY: Those who pay for goods and services retain a certain dignity and develop a stronger sense of ownership. Reports will be given on a timely basis and take responsibility to work toward the goals and objectives of the project agreement. CHRIFACAF understands accountability to be two-way; that is, in any agreement each party is responsible to the other to fulfill commitments and promises.
- A CARING AND SHARING COMMUNITY: CHRIFACAF believes that poverty can be solved if people are committed to sharing what they have and caring for others.
